Facilitieservice rents equipment and logistics materials for film, audiovisual, advertising, photo, fashion, event and private productions, organized into categories such as vehicles, tents, production, wardrobe, hair & make-up, heating, cooling and electricity.
Where is the warehouse?
The public contact address is Via Concordia 44, 00183 Rome, in the San Giovanni / Piazza Zama area. Pickups and deliveries are managed by appointment only.
Can I send one request for multiple rental items?
Yes. Add items to the material request and send one request with dates, location, material list, indicative quantities and operational notes.
Do you provide delivery, setup and pickup?
Yes. Equipment can be picked up from the warehouse by appointment or delivered and collected by the team. When requested, Facilitieservice also handles setup at the start of the service and teardown at the end of the job.
Can you be present on set?
Yes. For jobs that require it, Danilo, Cesare or dedicated collaborators can be present to set up and tear down equipment, manage facilities needs and provide operational support during the rental period.
Can you help choose materials and quantities?
Yes. The request should include intended use, location, dates, spaces and operating conditions. For more complex jobs, the team can evaluate a site visit before the shoot to recommend suitable equipment.
