- Preference data: cookie choices, local material request basket and theme preference when the relevant optional category is enabled.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to requests, preparing pre-contractual information and coordinating operational details requested by the user.
- Managing communications through email, phone, WhatsApp or the optional website quote endpoint.
- Operating, securing and maintaining the website on the basis of legitimate interest and legal obligations where applicable.
- Loading third-party maps or videos only after the user has enabled the external media category.
Recipients and providers
- Hosting, CDN, logs and deployment infrastructure may be handled through Vercel according to the configured production account.
- Website quote email delivery may use Resend when the email backend is enabled through server-side environment variables.
- WhatsApp links open a Meta/WhatsApp channel controlled by the account used by the business.
- Google Maps, YouTube and Vimeo are loaded only after external media consent or after the user leaves the site through an outbound link.
Retention and rights
- Data is kept for the time needed to manage the request, document the relationship, handle administrative obligations and protect legitimate interests.
- Users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable.
- Users may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
